How do I set a custom taxi fee?

Cant find an option, would like to make taxis more expensive so less people use.

If you click on the RCI below, a window will open where you can set city regulations at the top.
Among other things, there is also a minimum taxi fee
But as with almost everything in the game, it doesn't help
You can set 50c and people will still take taxis, trains or park on the side of the road

thanks helped a lot. Would of thought I could find this by clicking on the taxi depot.
