Bus/Taxi lane Glitched?

I have a few only bus/taxi lanes through my city. But to my surprise. Regular people still use it (and no, I don't have housing on those roads. And no, I didn't just place them, so the AI should know that it is bus/taxi only)
Is someone experiencing the same?

It is not just for buses or taxis, if you read the tool-tip it also says it is for people who need to turn. That means every Cim can use it if they're using it to turn.

Yes, other vehicles are allowed to use them for turning and if that's the only connection to their destination, they may still use them.

Yes there is a bug, i have a special road built only for buses, but everyone keeps using it.

And to be clear, the intersection has several roads connecting to it, only one is for the bus lane, so there is no "excuse " for regular drivers to use it.

Again, this is not a bug, these lanes are NOT just for buses or taxis, anyone can use them, they're just more limited than a standard road (Cims can only use this road if they need to turn), I only use these roads to connect to my bus stations, nothing more. I do not see us getting dedicated bus lanes until they release a Mass Transit DLC.

Yes, this is normal, literally in every city that has bus lanes, at least in the USA. You are allowed to still use them for turning or getting into your destination, its not magically blocked, so yes, regular cims will use it still. Its funny seeing how many people dont know regular driving rules hahaha

Yea, here in the netherlands I think bus just means: BUS (taxi and emergency vehicles) ONLY. So thanks for the comment! Now atleast I know that in USA it is normal

Yup! I wonder in the future if they will change that rule depending if you start as European or American setup? Also sorry if I sounded rude in any way! This game is so amazing though, I cant wait for all the bugs to be smoothed out, which it seems like it will be soon! Like Mail Handling needs fixing, and a lot with the industry stuff too, I still get no businesses renting out the buildings for some of them.

Nawh, you didn't sound rude! And yes, indeed those rules with european map or American map, I think should change too the rules they actually handle (for most bit atleast yk). And its a very amazing game yes! Totally agree!
