Need help deleting a vehicle using developer mode

I came to a point where a motorcycle got bugged and stuck blocking all incoming traffic. I tried deleting the road where it is sitting, but all it does is go to nearest road and continue blocking incoming traffic indefinitely. I now activated developer mode to delete this pain in the ass motorcycle, how do I delete it? please help.

I have had some success here by using the road tools to add and remove stop lights from intersections, which seemed to get things unstuck.

I've seen another thread asking about dev tools but I am not aware of a way to delete vehicles.

I had to go to Simulation and clear all traffic and pedestrians, I dont know if this breaks anything but theres almost no taffic left even thogh they do respawn but all my parking lots are empty now.
Maybe theres a bug similiar to a memory leak with cars, the older the town are the more "unused" cars there is.
A couple of ours after I cleared it I would say I only have 10-30% of the original traffic in my city.

The traffic does move when I mess around with the intersection, removing and adding in stop lights. It's just the motorcycle that doesnt move and when leaving it unsupervised, traffic builds up again. This is an unmanned motorbike. Sitting middle of a two-way 7 lane street. Only moves to new nearest road after deleting the road.

Thank you, i just done that too. This is my second save incase if this messed up my game. I will see if my traffic comes back normally after some time
