Sunset/rise flickering

I'm getting mild screen/light flickering as the sun is setting and raising in game. Anyone know what setting this is in the graphic options that I need to adjust?

You re lucky u getting mild, mine is nearly complete blackout.

+1 I suspect not a lot of players notice this since most of them disable day/night. You need to report this bug to their forum tho' because I think they don't care about bugs being posted here.

I noticed a lot of shadow flickering because of the day/night cycle and this prompted me to turn it off. I would not be surprised if this is related.

have this too. +1. it also flickers randomly when light changes.

Might be dynamic resolution? Try turning it off and see.
That, or maybe volumetrics. Try disabling that and see.
Otherwise, might be Global Illumination set to high, try disabling that.
Then disable all three and see.
Now I'm out of ideas and it's very late, so that's all I got right now.

Disable Global Ilumination. I have had the same problem. I resolved with that.

I get this too and it bugs the hell out of me, I just got a new 4070 graphics card and I thought it was dead when I booted the game up and saw this. On sunrise and sunset the whole screen flickers black for a few seconds.
