Can't edit district area

I've noticed that with the latest update the icon to edit area of district disappeared - I definitely edited it in the past, I can't edit it now.
For the industry areas that icon is still there.

I haven't noticed it disappearing but I usually edit districts using the button on the toolbar at the bottom. I know with editing industry areas you can either use that button, or the one that appears when you query it which I presume is the one you've been using.
If you click the same button you use when you're creating a district you should be able to edit the existing ones that way, I've been doing it just now anyway.
