Ultimate Edition upgrade?
I've been wanting to get the ultimate edition instead of the normal. I had already bought the normal but when trying to get Ultimate, I'm unable to repurchase the game again, and because I've gone to 11 hours, steam is refusing to refund. Is there a way to get around this? Like I'm trying to give ya'll more money.

I am in the same boat. Can't even buy the Ultimate outright since i have the base game. I could go to a different platform to buy but i would rather stay on Steam.

I kinda assumed the extra content in Ultimate would be available on its own separately anyway? But I just kinda assumed that without researching it. I got the standard one, mostly as I didn't know how well it'd run on my 16 year old PC. It turns out it runs pretty well actually, though I'm only up to 6000 pop so I'm sure it'll probably become unplayable at some point, but not sure at what population level.
CS1 struggled on my machine at ~150K pop, but I did have a ton of mods on that one as well.

Yup the same, preordered game and now there's ultimate edition, please make it as a separate pack
