How do you remove road parking?
There are many things that can be done, such as eliminating on-street parking, directing pedestrians to other areas, and prohibiting entry from the opposite lane.
1.Making the street planted with trees will eliminate on-street parking.
2.Apply Roadside parking fee district policy.
I stopped using parking because the cars that enter the parking area move too slowly and inevitably cause more traffic than they solve. The real game changer for me has been effective public transit. Subways and buses have drastically reduced my traffic to where parking seems irrelevant.
If they fix the speed of entering/exiting cars I think it would be fine but as is every single parking lot is a traffic bomb.
