if u mean flood again i managed to remove it by increasing terrain height and blanketing water body entirely.
other than that i really couldnt find anything to do about flood waters. we really need good old water physics or at least old cs1 pumping stations to vacuum water.
I have the same problem
Eventually by using clever terrain manipulation and time controls the lake drained back into the main river and i was able to raise the banks a little and flatten out the stream i had made so as to allow rezoning etc.
It is a pain in the ass not to have a sponge tool that allows removing small depths of isolated water like this though. Needs looking at for sure
Sometimes you are placing roads or adjusting them with replace tool and a huge black hole appears because the logic they have coded is a bit funky still.
