Remove Street Parking
I have seen several post in here to remove street parking for congestion issues. How do you do that? Can't seem to find a tool or policy.

Use the road maintenance option if you have it, then you can upgrade the road in that menu to place trees and grass which stops road parking. Also if you create a district, you can charge them 50.00 to park on the road in the district menu.

I wish you could remove it with districts (but there is a very amount of options).

anyway you could add grass or have a bigger sidewalk .

You can add grass but the street parking isn't the cause of your congestion

If your trying to remove parking to stop congestion, it's not going to do anything, all your doing is removing parking. In fact when i put too many dense buildings on a road and notice my street is completely jammed pack with parked cars, that means people will have to start parking much further away and walk to get to places, so i start putting parking lots around those areas to help with parking. I learned hard way if you zone both sides of a road with medium or dense residential for example the roads will be jammed pack with people trying to park everywhere even many roads away, so need some parking lots in dense area.. unless you have really good mass transportation then you should be better off.. and mass transportation will help your congestion issues

I wish I could toggle zoning, I hate building the only path available to remove zoning.
