How many have tried to refund the game, and gotten it ?

I have just written to support now about a refund, hoping to get it!

It is before 14 days, but you can also get a refund if the game is so bad, that a higher number of people are refunding.

refunds sometimes take up to 48hrs. and certainly it needs workdays, not weekend.

I think they will sometimes still grant a user a refund even if you're over these limits, but those limits are essentially where you're guaranteed a refund. Over the limits and they can reject the request, but still might not.

I tried to get a refund but i had played it for 3.x hours it was the same day I bought it. (I left it playing while I used the restroom and fixed me lunch). They refused my refund, This is the last game I will ever buy through steam, not that they care. I have been playing it more but some of the issues are just stupid like my waste water keeps complaining it doesn't have a freshwater hookup and bridges and tunnels are almost impossible to get correct. water and power hookups do not snap properly...
