How to Transfer Game Files

Hi
I bought Cities Skylines II when it came out but I just got a new computer and I would like to transfer my game save files to the new computer so I can continue playing the cities I have already started. I have access to my old hard drive on the new computer. Can anyone tell me how to go about doing this? Thanks.

Thank you but I do not see an AppData file in my Username...

It hidden click view> option look for "Hidden file and folder" and tick show hidden files
