Clinics/Hospitals ran out of medical supplies ;_;

So I don't know if this is a bug, but all my clinics are just struggling with medical supplies. I tried adding ore extraction maybe some other goods, petrol chemical supplies? Maybe. I don't have oil extraction in my city.

I have way more than enough factories producing goods.

My city of almost 30k population.
