Have u checked your production tab to see if it's producing anything behind the scene?

can you check if you get anything on a livestock farm? just make it large (doesn't need to be full size) for testing. u should have buildings and at least 1 vehicle.

If you are making a Grain or Textile farm you will not see any out buildings or tractors. Either this isn't functioning OR don't exist for these farm types. Only Veggie & Livestock farms generate tractors that move around or between the outbuildings.

I don't know about Ore/Coal since I haven't built a big enough area of it yet, but I do know Stone & Oil have both Outbuildings & Vehicles.

I think this one was live stock and the textile one nothing appeared either
Bring up the farm's info. How many employees does it have, whats its efficiency? The tractors don't spawn constantly, they are actually representing activity in the workplace. A farm thats had its operations scaled down due to lack of demand won't spawn as many and I think the most I have seen for a full farm was only 3-4 at once.

Also remember that CS2 actually does have work shifts, rush hour, and other schedules running in the background. Let the game time actually advance a month or two then check on them. Everything in this game has a slower buildup time scale than CS1.

The company that uses the farm has to grow (it needs a suitable workforce most of all.) Depending on the size of the company and depending on the size of the land you use - buildings will be created and animations of tractors and harvester will appear.

You can even influence how buildings align when they generate:
