What setting shows Income and Population change per hours as a number?

I a number of Feature videos from Cities own Youtube page they show Income and Population change as a numeric value per hour on the main UI at the bottoms instead of Red and Green Hours.

What setting enables this feature as I would rather see this number and not have to mouse over the arrow icons to see the change per hour?

The link here shows the number value changer per hour I would like to enable. Anyone know how?

You cannot.
It seems you have not checked WHEN those videos were made ;)
Those were beta versions and in the final days of beta they changed it to the arrows,

Yes we do. Obviously in the Vanilla game and not just a messed up mod process.
