Do you play with unlock all?

I played a few games with unlock all enabled, and then tried a game without and it really feels so constrained.

They should at least let you build farms from the start, and logging. My City needs a reason to exist. I don't want to move people in if they have no rational reason to want to live there :)

yeah I feel this same way. when the game starts I'm like okay lets go.... uhh, where do I start? But if I could build even limited industry in the beginning then I know that I would have a better.. kind of idea of how I'm going to begin centering around, for example, small farming towns just to get going but my 2nd city attempt I zoned residential all over a big plop of fertile land lol
