Managing districts

Where I manage all my districts? I can't find any panel where I can see all my districts and which policies and services each one have.

Also, how I set policies to the whole city without the need of a district?

next to zoning there is a little "farm plot" thingy that you can use to make districts.

When you've made a district, click the name of it.

I also haven't found a way to set policies to the entire city. You have to make districts to set the very few broken ones they do have it seems. I imagine they'll smooth that out over time.

there are just a few city wide policies - if you click on City Information icon[cs2.paradoxwikis.com] - the one with the demand bar for zones[cs2.paradoxwikis.com], at the bottom in the info panel/bar, it will give you a window with 2 tabs there: City Policies is the 2nd tab

We can only hope. The game is basically in alpha stage yet.

Is not a bad game, but, there are so many things broken or you have so little information about how it works that is hard to not feel frustrated when playing.

Thanks. I remember that I had saw something like it when I started my city, but I simply forgot that this demand display had a menu in it because the demand bars stopped making sense a long time ago. xD

Still it would be cool to have some menu where we can see all our districts and what policies and services each one have. It's annoying to have to click in each district to see it, them click in each service building to be able to see what districts is it servicing.
