Power grid Not working

I have 2 outside connections to my city, and was 2.1KW of power, My City only uses 67MW.
I have incinerator that produces 1-2KW on its own and a sub power station on other side of city. They were working fine until the update, and now incinerator says its working but all power has stopped coming out of it and now we are getting power from other towns, but yet I have a major surplus. My city is now heading to bankruptcy because of the huge turn for the power going down.

My incinerator is making 627 MW of power, it says, but I also am getting nothing from it.

There are a lot of bugs reported on incinerators in general so I think its best to not use them until they get patched.

Incinerators need a power line so to bring the generated power to your network. Note that the power cable (either high or low tension) can be put underground (using the re/av page options).

Don't forget there's also a limit on how much energy can be transferred which is 40 MW through streets and the small power lines and 400 through the big high voltage ones. When your power plant produces more than can be transferred it is lost.

When on the other side of the city you build a transformer that pulls power only from your street connection and connect the other end to the outside connection it will only export 40 MW because that's all that can be pulled from the small low voltage power line in the streets.
