NO OFFICE DEMAND
I'm not having any more demand for offices, and that doesn't make sense, my city is constantly growing, I've gained more than 1000 inhabitants in this period and yet I don't have any more demand for offices, I even lowered all taxes to zero and even So I still don't have a demand, this started when I reached level 12, has anyone had this same problem?

Sounds like your cims lack an education

It could be a lack of enough educated workers. (Some other policies can help here). How many colleges and universities do you have? (What is your total population too?)

my office demand started to real pop up when the city got about 50 000 inhabitants.

I had 3 elementary schools, and now I realized that they were all full, I expanded them and added 4 more, one for each large area of the city, and I have a high school, a college, a university and a technical university, for 36 thousand population

Now I'm going to wait for the results from the elementary schools to see if my demand for offices grows again, thank you.

You need to have highly educated citizens for office demand from Colleges and Universities.

Not sure if different universities have an affect on office demand or what kind of offices get built in office zones.

If you only have one college and one university..... You are in for a ride awaking. In my city with 250k I have over 35 colleges and universities. 50 elementary and only like 10 highschool. Highschool numbers seem bugged or 5th graders are going straight to college doogy howser MD style.

I wish universities functioned like in the universities DLC in CS1, where we could just keep make universities as large as we wanted.

Don't overzone.

Be patient. Don't rush. Your offices will come in good time. What is good time? When the time is right. When is the time right? When it's the right time. Are we going in circles? No, think more ovular.

You need college/university graduates for office demand.
