Annoying car keeps blocking the road after the update

Basically cars can simply block the road for no reason indefinitely while facing the ground/the air. If you destroy the road they're on, they'll drive to the next road and block it too.

Have the same problem. One car parked across the road blocking all traffic. Completely destroys traffic in my large city. Deleting the road does not help, it simply moves to the nearest existing road, parks across and blocks all traffic.

Finally, found a way around the issue. I built a bypass - left the car where it was and created a short road around the blockage. The offending car does not move, but at least traffic now goes around it.

It happened to me the second time in ~30 hours of game play. Very annoying.
