Report a translation problem
To be clear, this wasn't traffic jam, those cars just got stuck and would ocassionally move few meters in circles or even clip through terrain. I even tried to demolish homes of these cims, hoping they would disapear, sadly to no avail.

The problem they are talling about is a blocking bug in game which literally is hard stuck wherever it happened. You cannot fix it, but only move the problem, if the car still has moving capabilities, which they lose the more the game play goes on due to the bug. The only thing you can do is delete everything around the problem or make a new game.
We should be able to pick them up and move them. Seriously.
