Is there any way to remove ground pollution?
Replaced coal power plant and ground pollution is still there. It decreases veeeeeery slowly. Is there any way to speed it up?

I dont think so, unless you enable developer options, i believe you can remove it then

In the previous one I think planting trees on the polluted area used to help.

There isn't currently a way to speed the process up. Perhaps in a DLC

Tried digging the ground away and back also... No result

Some type of ground pollution remediation building or zone is needed. I'd like to be able to move my industrial area around as I add land tiles, but changing an industrial zone to something else is useless.

Try building the industrial waste processor. It's the final building in the waste management tree. It sends out trucks to industrial zones to pick up industrial waste which removes the ground pollution a fair bit.

Time works......It took a while but eventually went away. Water pollution on the other hand, no.

It goes away with time. If you remove an entire industrial district worth of factories and place housing there, it will eventually go away over time.

You'll just have to wait or live with the temporary penalties.

Many thanks mackster, the developer Options just saved my city! You can get rid of the ground pollution with one click.
