Where do you guys draw inspiration to create your cities?

Even with a few hundred hours in CS1, I'm just really, really bad at designing cities, either grids or no grids. I'm really bad at highways and intersections, which I think is my main issue. It discourages me from branching off long distance and creating other large sections because my first one looks like ♥♥♥♥.

Who do you guys like to watch to draw inspiration for creating your own cities? The only Youtuber I really watch for this game is City Planner Plays.

I just lay out a design, usually i do is to keep the industry away from residential and commerce/Offices

Center is all residential and commerce while on the left bottom and right side of the island theres industry and high polluting services like garbage collection/Recycling and burning.

Long distances but i also utilize public transportation as well and highways to shorten the time spent travelling.
