Exports and imports
I've seen so many people complain about these.

When you wish to export something are you 100% sure you aren't in a deficit on said products? You aren't really exporting anything out if you got no surplus to give.

Trains not working? Seems to work fine for me same for boats, although getting the boat trade feels difficult at times. Sometimes it bugs out and you can't lay out the trade route.

Airports? Work fine for me as well.

Difficulty with accumulating wealth? Invest more. Grow your city. Invest in services. Invest to your city, residential, commercial and industry. well educated pop brings more better earned wealth and tax for your city so have good access to schools. Don't just slap down a single elementary down and think it'll be enough. You have to invest and design your city. Pathfinding, routes, traffic. Access, it all counts.

Showing negative on your budget as you go on? Thinking "Oh its impossible, i'm loosing around 5-15k" while sitting on up over a mil or 5 mil in budget? Don't be afraid to keep investing in.

Look, i have no problems of the most common complaints i've seen so far, i'm making money. I've progressed. I'm on tier 16 a thriving metropolis.

I have to unlock my things, i barely took any loans through my gameplay, maybe 2 times at most.

And i've paid my loans back.

I really don't understand what the issue is other than *performance* which i agree on. Although for me, the game crashes when i reach 110k in pop for some odd reason kekw

Surplus doesn't inherantly mean export either, sometimes it just boosts industry and such.
