Settings.coc for getting past the volumetric rendering error at startup

Here's the Graphics Settings for everything turned to low or off so maybe you can get into your game and play.

Drop this into your %appdata%\..\LocalLow\Colossal Order\Cities Skylines II\Settings.coc file. Maybe now you can get into the game.

Thx, janxious. It did help me pass through 'Hardware not supported for Volumetric Materials' error (gtx 660). You must be Colossal Order's guarding angel xD

Hopefully they can just get a check into the main game launcher so this doesn't happen for folks, or put the graphics settings in the launcher with the resolution but for now I give the gift of knowledge

app data is probably in C:/Users/yourusername/AppData, but it will depend on your system setup.
