Anyone have this issue/know how to fix? unable to place roads because of a blinding yellow screen

It's an answer from dev on Paradox forum:

Hi! These reports are all similar and related to integrated graphics cards that are not supported at the moment. We recommend to refund the game in these cases as the game requires a dedicated graphics card. If we get integrated graphic cards to work in the future, we will make an announcement.

EDIT: If you are supposed to have a graphics card, check that your system is using that!
