Connecting Sewage?
Planted my first OUTLET, and no matter what I do, it will NEVER connect to the sewage in the nearby street. I can get the placement below the building, but it never connects down to the connection. I tried the up/down selections, leaving me -10 below the building. The sh*t is building up quick! HELP!

Make sure you are using the Orange pipes I suppose. It should just connect from outlet to street.

I had trouble too, to get the pipes to connect you need to have the cursor quite far away from where they should connect. Just try dragging your mouse along your road until they finally snap.

I agree there is no snapping to sewage - its like impossible? Doing something wrong?

I'm totally confused here too. It was so easy in #1 to connect sewage and it feels impossible in #2. I have no idea wtf I'm doing wrong.

Build the road first close to the body of water, and then place the sewage. It should snap next to the road and connect the pipe.

I figured it out. The answer is that you just have to move your mouse cursor to the place where it'll snap like before, but this time that place is far away from where it seems like it should be since you're working with an underground pipe. I understand the change, but it's pretty un-intuitive.

Possibly the most frustrating thing so far is getting the sewer pipe connection

How do I delete the mistakenly placed sewer lines? Bulldozer flips to above ground view ...

None of these are working. Why is this so hard? I did everything you guys said and nothing. I placed road, it won't snap, it wont connect.

you have to select the underground view the top left buttons, then select the bulldozer. took me a while to figure that one out myself.

I also could not get the sewage to connect but I think it is just a visual bug in the underground/pipe view. The sewage appears to be flowing properly so I believe the issue is that it's actually connected but the pipes don't look like they are. Because it's already connected it won't connect a second time when you try to do it manually. I could be wrong, but I let the city run for a little while and never had complaints about sewage backup.

I can't get the pipes to connect either. I've played city-building games since the original Sim City. Cities Skylines 2 is absolute garbage. The pipe connecting is broken, and the graphics look like they're from the 90s. This game is horrible.
