Black screen

i am just stuck on a black screen when i launch the game, bin waiting 20min still noting

Same problem. I click play, it goes fullscreen all black and stays like that until I force close it by Alt+F4.

Does this (fullscreen black) even when set up to run window mode.

If you're running in Fullscreen, on the launcher Game Settings try Borderless Fullscreen instead.

Yeah, same problem here. Only black screen, regardless of game settings in the launcher.

Same here although for me I can't ALT F4 out. It crashes my GPU

got it to work re installed it on a different SSD i take it its the one steam is installed on

I too am part of the black screen community. Cant Alt f4, cant Alt Ctrl Del either. Have to hard boot my system. what a joke.

I too have the black screens and have to force power down my PC. If I had a 2nd SSS I would try moving it but I only have an HHD as a secondary drive. I'm extremely disappointed because I got the ultimate edition on preorder! I feel robbed... The game is unplayable for some and that isn't right for the price of the game.
