The game is LOCKED at 60 FPS, I have 4090/7950X3D and still at 60 FPS.
It could run double on my hardware though.

So you have near 100k citizens then because it's that why it gets worse as you progress the more people and bigger the city the more CPU limited youll be apparently.

There's no 60fps in this game. GTX 1070 ti is very weak in terms of modern gaming, sorry to be the one to tell you this, you were just hyping yourself up. I wouldn't count you being able to play more than 25fps on low settings, again sorry. It's just a really bad move from the Devs part to REQUIRE an RTX 3080 or 3090 at this point.

IDK still nothing came out for me to worth upgrading it :D
Also I will not play this like 500 apm korean starcraft player or pro FPS shooter, it's just a relaxing sandbox :D

I have very similar specs... i planed to wait for them to optimize the game more. Can you please maybe post an update after some gameplay hours how it plays later on when you have some stuff build up?
