Best is to throttle the GPU down, 5 FPS is the benchmark guideline.

this is GPU dependant and I doubt RTX 4090 has pair up with a bad CPU...

Lower the resolution. 1080p, and if that's still not enough, then 720p. This is no joke...

Yeah notice when loading game my temps normaly go up but did not and notice the FPS is at 10

Stop pretending like there's an excuse for a 4090 and 7800X3D getting 10fps in the menu.

I had 22 FPS in the menu at first on a 4080 however its now over 100 fps

5900x + 4090 and i get 30fps at menu and 14-30fps 1440p with starting map. lol.

after 5-10m it jumped to 55fps, weird.
