Same here. 10 fps in main menu. Not much better in game(around 20?). 4090 and ryzen5600x, 64GB RAM, SSD...

I am having the same thing here..... 7900x, GTX 3080, 32GB of RAM at 6000Mhz, and its being run on an SN850x NVMe.... No excuse for this 7FPS on 4k and 17 FPS on 1440p in the menu! Also the keyboard functionality isn't there, you cannot use any of the commands on keyboard.

People set max everything Ultra .Turn absoiutely everything on run it at 4K and then complain. I actually read a benchmark review using about 12 different GPUs and he improved the game greatly by tweaking a few settings and switching a few non important ones off. He was still getting a 30 -40 FPS average before he even did this. I do not believe the 10 FPS claims.
