The Game is released on the 24th of October. It is the 24th of October. Why can't i play it? It says in the Download folder that i can start the game !TOMORROW! at 1am. It's 10:45 cet. Why can't they release the Game for every timezone at 12pm? Every other Game i know is playable at midnight on the release date!

Steam hasn't done midnight release dates... pretty much ever.. I think there might have been a couple over the last twenty years, but not more than a couple...

US
Pacific Time Zone (PDT): 9 AM
Mountain Time (MDT): 10 AM
Central Time Zone (CDT): 11 AM
Eastern Time Zone (EDT): 12 PM

UK
UK at 5 PM BST.

EU
Central European Summer Time (CEST): 6 PM
Eastern European Summer Time (EEST): 7 PM

That has been and will remain the release time schedule on whatever release date the Steam title is dropping on. It's been essentially the same schedule since 2004, so it isn't a surprise or news, it's a lack of... other things...

Use that timezone release schedule for essentially every release on Steam and you won't go wrong
