From what I have seen in reviews it's gonna struggle to get medium graphics. I have a 2070, and i9-9900K and I am still trying to decide myself. It really depends on what you can tolerate. Best to have a look at some videos on performance. Further to this the low settings on the game look horrifyingly bad from what I saw in one video. If forced to play on that I am going to be pretty disappointed.

Isn't the game much more designed for 64gb memory ?
With my computer I can not play it for now.....

Low graphics at current optimization. You should be able to get to 50k pop. With that cpu you will struggle above that.

highly doubt it if min requirements are 8GB and recommended is 16GB.

I believe it has been said that the game runs better with 64GB but the optimization issues are focused at the GPU bottleneck.

already at first version, provided you get so far, large cities had large memory space requirement.
You need a good graphics card and a lot of memory have observed in the first version the larger the city, the more ram the game needs to be able to move.
I suspect that from I7 most CPUs is playable only Ram and graphics card are more the problem.
But I will continue to watch the game in any case.
