People fear they are getting the Powerpoint Edition.

Obviously, with the retail editions, you forgo the option Steam gives you for refunding, which could explain the discount.
I suppose the question is, will it be dropped in less than a year due to turning out badly? if so then the DLC won't matter.
But it has Bridges, Piers, Ports? And two cosmetic packs? Aside from the radios (which I don't care for...) I remember forking over like $30 for Bridges and Ports for the first game lol... They are not generous in how they price their expansions.
