Newb Question: Best (PC) Platform To Play Game
Sorry if these are naive questions. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I have searched the forum but haven't been able to piece it together.

I am a newb and have only every played on Steam. With the change in the mod platform I am wondering if I should change.

On Paradox's website it says you can preorder on Steam, Microsoft, PC Gamepass. The game will still be on Steam so will you be able to still access the Paradox mods from Steam? I thought Paradox had it's own launcher, does that fall under Microsoft?

Yes, paradox mods will work with Steam. Steam launches the paradox launcher, which launches the game.

The advantage of Paradox mods is you can buy from Epic, Ubisoft etc too (if they sell it) and still easily access the mods once they activate their workshop

It is not as limited to Steam purchasers as before
