Disable winter/ weather effects.
Is it possible to disable winter? The snow looks, to put it nicely, not good. Same with the rain.

Or do I just have the wrong settings? But let's be honest, no current game should look like this.

The cars are just plain white, even when driving. This are "just" medium setings but this cant be the point.

The whole game looks lifeless. I initially thought that a texture wasn't loaded properly before I noticed that it was supposed to be snow.

Yeah.. those green patches in midst of snow look so out of place.
The snow is the worst! Are there any maps without snow? If not why!?:GHVomit:
They have a tradition of things not working generally, but either map, asset or DLC-specific.

That often happens when you develop games without planning ahead or don't decide on features and content as a team.

Yes you can control the weather, there are a few weather mods that lets you do that. I like the Nice Weather one, even though it has not been updated in a long time it will do what you want. It will hide the snow and it will remove the rain animation and lots of other things.

There are a few temperate maps, but most have snow. I dont play them. I live in New England, we know snow. Unless you are in Alaska, there isnt entire coverage of snow all winter.
