How to delete the undeletable?

Any tips for deleting roads that can't be deleted? I have this floating sidewalk that i cannot connect anything too or delete ?

Open bulldozer and not just once click one place object which You want destroy but press left button mouse and move the longer line a little over the object.

--developerMode startoptions of cs2
ingame press tab
go to "Simulations" header of that menu and "Check Bypass validation results".
Now delete anything you want and build anywhere you want.

I had a similar issue and i fixed it by using the road replacement tool to change the type of road, then it let me delete it. Was super annoying lol

I've worked around this by either changing the road or deleting things connected to the undeletable piece
