Tiny forest fires are common

Ive seen tornados 3 times (1 actually clipped my city and flattened a few blocks). But so far no flooding, meteors, earthquakes or anything of that nature.

Ironically the tornado that hit me gave no in game warning.

Ive only seen a bunch of tornadoes and forest fires. Not of which were a big issue even when the tornado was in my city.

I wondering the same. I don't mind alot of rain if its a bad map. But its like there is never sun.

i only had some forest fires and tornados. but always outside my land ore outside my city.

Hope I can start them at will, one day. Where is the damn button to erase my city from Earth? Who stole my divine powers?

What weather and disasters you get depends a lot on the map. The islands map my city is on gets plenty of weather; and also plenty of tornadoes, and regular forest fires. That being said, the tornadoes are more annoying than anything else, and the forest fires don't seem to occur in forestry industry zones, so...

Also sometimes disaster response units just won't show up at a few buildings, even long after the tornado left.
