Is there any way to make a straight quay wall???

it`s really getting on my nerves not having quay walls as a standalone thing in this game and with the roads it either ends up goiung up and down like a roller coaster or it just fills in dirt.
Does anyone have any methods to make nice looking quay walls?

Use the flattening tool to make two layers of land (one ground level, one right at sea level), build key wall, erase bottom layer of land.

Definitely not as easy as having the Quay tool like CS1, but also definitely doable.

I was playing around with making a canal and sunken highways.
