Settings for 3090 TI

i have a pretty decent computer with 3090 ti and I9 latest gen with 64g ram
for some reason it really dosn't look very good. in the advanced graphic settings i'm getting cinfused, i looked in the internet, all setting guides are aimed for really low poered pc's
anyone have settigs for my type of a mechine so everything would look good please?
i'm running 49" 4k monitor btw

I use a 3090 and use these settings for 4K

Most other settings are on aswell. I get between 25-45 FPS depending with 100k pop.

Ya, being a sim game, i don't really care that much about fps as long as it stays in thee 30 area.

I could look at other settings too but besides this and turning on DoF after the update I haven't fiddled much since launch. Most stuff is at default besides maybe global illumination I think...

His solution is just turn off everything which you don't really have to.

when start the game with not much population the game will run fine with high / medium but when reach 100kpop just set everything on Low/disable except texture which i have it on high but It will get worse and slow at 250k+ pop ( i think only wait for Devs to have a fix with really high pop )
