It is all quite ridiculous. I have an i7-11700k (overclocked), my CPU maximizes at 100% utilization and simulation speed slows to a snails pace. These optimization issues make CS:2 unplayable after a particular amount of city development.
Ive seen some slow downs for about 1 second when very zoomed and with the screen full of cars and people walking.
For now 3x 2x 1x still works like when started the city.
