how come we don't see any smog? or ground pollution?, no garbage on the streets nothing

but you will see people complaining about smog and how its hard to breath.. no idea where its coming from..

i have a very small city with a very very samll industrial zone.. and i get complain about smog

well what i'm saying, is that, theres really no graphical indicator that shows the player hey, garbage is piling up here, can't you see?.......and not one soda can to be seen

like you would expect, overflowing garbage cans on sidewalks, bags of garbage being pilled up on streets....

Cause this is such a glaringly obvious and ♥♥♥♥♥♥ issue that theres zero way to defend it lmao. How could they have a reason to not add basic textures or animations for air pollution like they did for CS1 easily?
