Change the road speeds?

Is there anyways to change the speeds of roads in the game?
Surely they implemented some things from TMPE right?

There's no speed limit adjustment that I've seen, but you can use the road replace tool to switch to roads or highways to change the speed. Each road seems to have a native speed limit. You can play around to find one that suits you.

Aside from a vastly improved default road tool (props for that).. there isn't much in CS2 in the way of super popular and useful mod functionality from CS1. No traffic manager, no moveit, no intersection marking tool...
