"Dirty Water"

Out of nowhere my industrial area is complaining about dirty water, when you look at the pipes the water line is half brown half blue, How do I stop this? I have adequate water production and sewage treatment

"Dirty water" sounds like your aquifer is polluted or the sewage outflow is touching where your source water is. Definitely have to check the flow of your water source if using surface water. Otherwise if you're doing groundwater, check that there's no industrial pollution going into the aquifer.
