I don't. All my incenerator plants are full, 700 processing ability and only 260 produced. I have so many buildings with the garbage sign, so frustrating...

60k population, 3 incineration plants and 6 recycling facilities and i can't get the trash away, somthings wrong

I think there's a hidden kind of garbage accumulating from your industry zones which is industrial/hazardous waste.

Now your landfills, recyclers and incinerators will pick it up since they all act as warehouses for all garbage types. They can't process it but will continue to store it until you build the industrial waste processing site which is the final unlock.

When I built mine, it immediately sent dump trucks out first to my recyclers and incinerators to pull waste from them(I don't have any landfills).

It pulled a lot, 155 tons worth which now sits in the processing site as "stored industrial waste" which it is processing on its own. Occasionally it sends out its own garbage collector trucks to pick up solely industrial waste from industry zones but very small amounts like less than a ton before returning.

Notice the truck says "industrial waste" and not garbage. See that the processor says "stored industrial waste" and not "stored garbage."

That truck says it is only transporting 2 tons of industrial waste and it's already returning. This was after the industrial waste processor had sent dump trucks to all my other waste management buildings.

My theory is there's 3 types of garbage in this game.

-Recyclables
-Non-recyclables
-Industrial/hazardous waste.

I don't know if a recycler is required or not to process all of your city's garbage but for now I'm assuming you might need all 3 processors to prevent waste from piling up in all of your facilities.
