specialized industry exclusive buildings?

cant get people to rent rafinery or anything bigger from those unlock-able buildings that are coming with specialized industry growth... making tons of food, building that is supposed to produce milk wasnt rented for 4 ingame days already, need for industry is at max, and still nothing

It might be a production issue? I built my chemical factory right next to my oil production and a train cargo hub and it got rented out immediately.

Could also maybe make a push with taxes.

taxes at 6%, cargo hub 5km away from it, 300tons of food exported/month, closest industry zone is literally on the other side of road, average load on roads is about 45-55ish%, another 6h of playing and its not rented yet :D

rafinery was rented instantly once i reduces taxes from 16 to 10, milk factory not yet...

the chemical factory and pharmacy works fine but there problem with rafinery and other, no company move in

I can't get it rented either. Same with the stone crushing thing. Or milk parlour. 3-4 of the buildings just don't get rented, regardless of what I do. And some others stop being rented since the land value increases too much.
