Air pollutions
I have a bunch of sims complaining about air Pollution.

The direction of air flow in map always the same. Don't put resident zone at direction of wind flow from industrial. Example is wind flow left to right put resident left and industrial right is ok. Air pollution can come from high traffic too.

The way I only realized this last night after seeing all the complaints and finally figured out it's because my power plant is upwind of my residential and commercial areas. :steamfacepalm:
