Small Xp exploit.
You can build High XP buildings like University and demolition and build again over and over again.

yes you can, you can also use the unlock all and unlimited money options which are easier surely?

Unique building are also easy XP grab and cost nothing. So my tip is to hold onto them until, you get into XP bottleneck and then spam a few to get to next level (of course they come with boosters, by spam I mean placing them where it make sense)
