Cims aren't respecting road signs

As the title says the cims keep ignoring the road signs. Biggest example is when the two opposite sides of the highway meet together and the game even intentionally places a No-U-Turn sign, the cims just ignore it and proceed to do a U-Turn, jamming up highway traffic.

Yep same issue, annoying AF. I also noticed if you put down pedestrian roads traffic will take those roads... no cars are supposed to go on them. Same with Public service roads that are supposed to be for emergency vehicles and city only, all traffic AI goes on them.

Also service vehicles aren't using the Ped/Service road.

They also will sometimes drive on bus/emergency lanes. But some other times I make those, they don't. I haven't figured out what the difference maker is.

They don't appreciate you calling them Cim's they said and they aren't going to respect your rules until you refer to them as Sim's is what they are picketing about :)

Of all the things, nobody has suggested allowing emergency vehicles to drive on the shoulder on the highways to reach accidents nor an ability to just disallow street parking so that emergency vehicles can use the shoulder on normal roads to bypass traffic or allowing normal vehicles to pullover on it so emergency vehicles can pass.
