Wrong monitor

The game opens on the second monitor (vertical is cool but not convenient)
How to fix opening on the second monitor if other games open on the first monitor (except for those games that are assigned to the third monitor)

cant you change that somewhere in Nvidea control panel?

paradox launcher automatically changes the monitor and I cannot influence it.

Switch both monitors cable/port? turn off NV monitor surround when you play CS2? set default monitor in windows?

this should work in all games but i know it works in this: set the game to window drag the game to the correct screen/monitor then set the game to fullscreen

I had the same problem.
Alt+Enter and drag it to the correct monitor.

This happened to me twice. When it does I go to settings and switch to windowed, drag it over, then put it back to fullscreen. No idea why this happens.

Same issue, but if you drag and alt+enter it will only show the refresh rate of the monitor it opened and not the main, so since it opens on my secondary gets locked at 74hz instead of 144hz...

I fixed it by going to "Game Settings" in the Paradox Launcher. There you can select what monitor to start the game on :-)

Edit: It worked just the one time, but now its back to bug out and having to use the alt+enter trick to get it to the correct monitor...
