That mod is a tough one because its essentially a cheat depending on how one chooses to use it. It definitely can be super cheaty and probably why it's not included in the base game.
But i agree, it was always the first mod i downloaded in cities 1
You can move roads, but its very limited. since the game is just out, its obvious it does not yet have mods.
But you can go in debug mode if you want. and you can do pretty much what you want right now.
The fact that there's not mechanics like Move it or Intersection Line Tool baked into native build of CS2 blows my minds. Hands to two of the most useful mods.
Lowing my mind trying to get roads to be completely flat and intersections being even.
RICO would have been great but I loved the marking tool as well. I just figured the devs would have looked at the top Mods of the last 8 years and integrated the features. I know it’s more complex than that but they had time, resources, and a literal library of content for inspiration.
